The new PowerRoll L-Series provides a powerful and innovative solution to push and pull both large and small kraft roll stock, steel and wood reels, and a variety of other cylindrical loads. The battery-operated L-Series roll pusher is powerful enough to handle up to 85,000 lbs. When using the PowerRoll L, you will see increased productivity with significant reduction in downtime.

- Designed to push and pull paper rolls and cable reels with power and precision.
- Compact and fast-charging batteries, with an easy drop-in battery replacement, can provide continued use of the machine without the worry of wires or charging cords getting in the way.
- The RL can be quickly and easily maneuvered in between closely arranged paper rolls and cable reels, allowing for excellent maneuverability in tight spaces.
- Quick connect handle minimizes cable pinches from the swiveling and pivoting function of our current handles and eliminates the possibility for errors in assembly.
Durable Design
The RL features a high torque, Solid Direct Drive System inside of a welded steel chassis that creates a tough and durable design. The chrome plated chassis is also rust resistant.
The direct drive system has many advantages over a typical chain and sprocket drive, including better power transfer, lower maintenance costs, and less downtime.
Battery Choice
The RL is the first PowerHandling machine with battery options, NiMH and Lithium. Both battery options provide the same pushing capacities and are drop-in designed for easy and fast battery replacement with no wires or plugs to connect. The battery packs contain high-performance NiMH or Lithium cells in a strong, impact-resistant shell and provides runs times that typically exceed an 8-hour production shift.
Control the Power
The variable throttle provides a substantial amount of speed control in both forward and reverse directions, allowing for improved control when maneuvering loads.
Multiple Handle Options
The L-Series has two handle options to improve ergonomics in your operations:
- Swivel-Pivot Handle (swivels left, right, forward, and backward) to use the machine in any position. The SP handle allows pulling rolls and reels away from walls or out of machinery where no access to the back of roll or reel is available.
- Swivel-Only Handle (swivels left & right only) to use the machine on the left and right sides.
Effortless Movement
The RL is built with extra-large, heavy-duty rear wheels, a cast steel core, double sealed ball bearings, and bonded urethane tread, designed to provide excellent maneuverability. The RL has extra length and width to accommodate the new larger battery, new control board and an additional support roll for added support with your heaviest loads.
