The MPT-4 is a versatile and simple-to-use piece of equipment that can be used in conjunction with various models of "PowerHandler" roll mover. It essentially provides the operator the ability to easily and quickly change the direction in which a paper roll is oriented on the ground. It operates on any flat concrete or steel floor and being mobile can be easily moved to any work location as required.

Key Design Features:

Extremely heavy-duty heavy steel plate construction with high weight capacity bearings (roller and thrust);
Smooth sliding handle recessses within dolly (during operation) and extends out from dolly (for relocating);
When matched with the correct model PowerHandler, can handle rolls up to 7 tons (7,000kg / 15,500lbs) ;

PowerHandling's policy is to design and build the best possible piece of equipment for any given material handling application.

What we can guarantee however is customer satisfaction by having our customers confirm on-site that our equipment does what they require of it. In most countries we provide no-cost (except for freight & handling) "demo" machines and in all other countries we will, after the customer purchases and tests, exchange the equipment for a more suitable model or provide a full refund.

MPT-4: MOBILE PAPER ROLL TURNER

Using a PowerHandler, an operator can push a paper roll of up to 7 tons

up onto an MPT-4 and then simply and safely rotate it (i.e.turn it) to

the desired orientation before rolling it off in that new direction.
